Mr. Grueninger (Grades 10 through 12) and Mr. Gordon (Grades 7 through 9)

Our two counselors, Mr. Carl Grueninger and Mr. Walter Gordon provide personalized assistance to all students at Dater whether they need help coping with their classes, teachers, or fellow students. When it comes time to consider which life path to choose for the future, Mr. Grueninger will help and encourage students to take advantage of a wealth of opportunities including grants, scholarships, and direction concerning which university might be best for them. In addition to our two experienced school counselors, we also have the benefit of having on staff a school psychologist, Mr. Ron Miller.
